LattePanda Iota Palm-sized x86 Review

Review of the LattePanda IOTA Palm-sized x86 Single Board Computer. DFRobot are at it again by releasing a very compact single-board computer, featuring the Intel N150 SoC with 4 Gracemont E-cores and the RP2040 co-processor for development purposes. For it there are a lot of modules available which enhance the product functionality, while the cooling can be done in two ways: active or passive, each requiring a separate PL1 value to be set up via UEFI BIOS. The performance is limited a bit in active cooling mode since the provided cooler is not able to keep with the power spikes N150 does have in boost mode, while running in passive it is recommended not to exceed a PL1 value higher than 6W, which brings the performance a bit under the N100 in full-load conditions.
